Caroline Nerbas

cariline-nerbas-ioha-women-in-sportCaroline Nerbas is the newly appointed Women in Sport Officer for the Irish Olympic Handball Association. 

Caroline is an Olympic Handball athlete for almost 20 years and her passion for sports led her to choose Physical Education as a career. Graduating in 2016 in Brazil with a degree in Physical Education and Coaching, Caroline also holds a post-graduate qualification in Sports Management. Most recently Caroline has completed a degree in International Business from Dorset College Dublin, in 2021.

From teaching Olympic Handball in after school programmes, to assisting with public projects in the development of Olympic Handball, Caroline's organisational skills are greatly appreciated by those who work with her.

Her engagement with the Irish Olympic Handball Association has the purpose to develop the sport in Ireland, giving special attention to the Women in Sport project.
