IOHA host Strategic Plan meeting with stakeholders

As part of the development of the Irish Olympic Handball Association’s new Strategic Plan, the sub committee developing it recently met with a number of stakeholders from the handball community in Ireland.

Irish Sports HQ was the venue as representatives from the Competition’s Committee, Referees and Delegates discussed various topics including current and future competitions, regulations and development of players and officials.

The meeting follows on from the recent Primary school survey of attitudes towards competitive and social handball and the results and feedback will be used to help the associations new strategic plan which run from 2019- 2022.

Further meetings with other stakeholders are planned for the near future.

The Board of the IOHA will publish the new strategic plan in the autumn.
