Originally from Shannon in Co. Clare, Lúcás comes to the IOHA with more than 10 years experience in the sports sector from grassroots to elite levels. He has previously worked with Special Olympics and rugby in Ireland, Finland, Central Asia and Russia.
He is the holder of qualifications in coaching, refereeing, sports psychology, sports journalism and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Management from UCD. He is a keen rugby player and is currently an active member of Monkstown Rugby Club. Apart from sport, Lúcás also has a passion for languages and travel.
Lúcás is also the holder of an England Handball Association (EHA) Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Handball.

Susan is originally from Walkinstown in Dublin. She has a wealth of experience in the restaurant and travel industries. She is happily married and a mother of four and when she can escape for a few short hours she enjoys travelling, walking, trekking and the gym.
She has been involved as a volunteer in handball at school and club level for over 7 years, before joining the IOHA as administrator in 2007. She has been known to stand in goal every once in a while. The Crumlin Children’s Hospital is a cause close to her heart and she has been fund raising for them for over 13 years.
Susan is also the holder of an England Handball Association (EHA) Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Handball.

Originally from Italy, Stefano graduated in 2010 with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Management from UCD. Stefano’s background is in business administration and he worked in Italy, Germany and Ireland developing a career in marketing and sales before deciding to follow his passion for sports and enrol in the Master’s degree.
In the last two years Stefano has been involved with the Ireland Touch Association in different roles, including Team Manager for the Men’s Over 35 team that participated to the 2010 European Championships and 2011 Touch World Cup.
Stefano is also the holder of an England Handball Association (EHA) Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Handball.

From Galway, Lisa Regan is a graduate of NUIG, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in 2006. Lisa then worked with the Galway Independent as a staff journalist for two years. From here she took a career break to travel to Asia and Australia for 2009 and 2010. Upon returning to Ireland Lisa then joined the Kingfisher Gym group as a sales manager.
Lisa is an active member in her own community and local GAA club where she holds the position as secretary. Over the last two years, Lisa also became an active member with the Galway Hurlers Supporters Club. As well as GAA and hurling, Lisa also takes part in running and triathlon races and she completed the world’s toughest adventure race Gaelforce West in 2010.
Lisa is also the holder of an England Handball Association (EHA) Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Handball.
