The IOHA’s 2015 Annual General Meeting took place on Saturday July 11th in the Ashling Hotel in Dublin City Centre.
The meeting was called to order @ 1 p.m. by IOHA Secretary Michael Moloney, who asked for a moments silence in respect of IOHA co-founder Lindsay Pennycook and Irish Times Journalist, Carl O’Malley who both sadly passed away in the last year.
IOHA President, Fintan Lyons welcomed everyone and gave his annual address before getting down to the business of the meeting.

The position of IOHA Secretary was up for election and Michael Moloney stated that he was not seeking reelection at this time. As there were no other candidates the position remains vacant with the IOHA Board to nominate an interim Secretary at the next Board meeting.
The President thanked everyone for attending and the meeting was adjourned.
