Dual Olympian joins IOHA Coaching Staff

The Irish Olympic Handball Association is pleased to announce the addition of David Matthews to its Coaching Staff.

David is a 2 time Olympian and still holds the Irish 800m record.

He will take up the role of Strength and Conditioning Coach for the representative teams of the Irish Olympic Handball Association.

His first assignment is underway with the U-23 Men’s squad as they prepare for this year’s EHF Challenge Trophy in November. The Tournament will be held in the University of Limerick from Friday the 4th to Sunday the 6th of November.
